Hop's Altbier
Hey All,
How did the flavor turn out on this batch? Was it dry and roasty and nutty? Or sweeter and caramels?
I'm looking for a roasty dry brown/alt recipe to try next.

This is actually so far the best batch of beer I have brewed. Granted I have only brewed about 10 batches or so, this Altbier came out fantastic.
I would not call it sweet at all. The hops were very balanced with a nice mouthy feel. I would highly suggest trying this one.
Yes we cannot say it sweet .The taste that comes out is not forgetable .
I m agreed with Lane you will go for it!
