India Peel Ale
Hello All,
Nope. Simply re-hydrated some Nottingham. Yea, it went CRAZY compared to the other three beers I've used Nottingham on! I think this might also have been my largest finished batch, but I don't think that made the difference because it won’t much over five gallons.
Got the best attenuation out f this beer yet too! 1.052 OG and 1.008 FG means almost exactly 5.0% abv. My last beers stopped around 1.014-1.012, so I'm pretty happy for this slight increase, as I really did nothing differently 
Melissa can't wait to try it, I think she's going nuts, and it's only been in bottles about 24 hours!

Pretty good stuff here! Hops are very flavorful, malts are a little under-balanced (IMO) and there is just a hint of some buttery dactyl, which doesn't bother me a bit. As long as the dactyl does not overpower.
I've heard of India Pale Ale, known as IPA, but not India Peel Ale.
What's the difference?
