Never made it or even tried any of Ithaca's beers. Looks like it comes in a few points short of the OG as stated on Ithaca's site. Their site also says they use Black Patent; probably just a little for some color. So maybe back off a little on the Crystal 60L?? Sorry I can't be more help but I'm sure this will get you started. Maybe you could even email the brewery and see if they can help you out. If you include the above recipe maybe they'd offer some suggestions.
