Kolsh
Brewed a Honey Kolsh tonight. I was just gonna leave the recipe alone but when I got home i found some dried lemon peel that i had laying around. I ended up dropping in 1/2 ounce at flame out. I am not going for a big lemon flavor just want it to be way in the background. just a touch. Next time I might add some lemongrass as well just wasn't feeling to adventurous tonight.
My mint plant is growing like crazy, a honey Kolsh with mint sounds kinda tasty too. I am thinking that the mint should go in secondary.
