Lawn Darts...an in experiment sugars. how very scientific.
I cracked open one of those brown sugar beers I made when we started this adventure. I was routing around the old beer fridge and found a couple bottles of this stuff.
Well it wasn't good. It had taken on a very phenolic bandaid taste to it. No banana as had been previously reported. This could be a yeast degredation issue.
Regardless, time was not kind to a beer with so much adjunct sugar in it.
I'd imagine it was nasty almost a year later. Not enough alcohol or alpha acids to preserve it.
So what's the agenda for this summer????
