Marmalade and preserve recipes?
I have been busy making up jams and preserves and wondered if anyone has recipes that combined jams (marmlades?) with sweet wines? It seems to me that the two should go well together but I cannot even guess at the proportions--like what of I replaced all the water in the boilibg down process with a sweet wine fruit wine--would that cause any problems?
