New Hops

I have both some Sterling and some Cluster hops. Anyone got a good idea for what type of beer to brew with these? I am open to any ideas on this one....

You might try BeerTools.com & use their recipe library.  Just  type in the kind of hops & off you go.

How much of each and whats the AA on them?  Very important info.

US Cluster is a good all purpose bittering hop with a neutral flavor profile
US Sterling is sometimes used as a Saaz like substitute, but can also be used for a mild American citrus like aroma hop, but its not as strong in citrus as the classic american varieties.

I would try an American Cream ale.  Bitter with some cluster and then do a flavor and aroma addition with the Sterling.
I just finished off a keg of American Cream ale that was bittered with Nugget and then I used Saaz for the flavor and aroma.  So I would think the same might work with these hops too.

Anyone else?

Thanks to all! LHBS owner gave me about two ounces of each to try.
