NO HOT BREAK?

Either way i'm sure it will be fine, it just gets you thinking, maybe i'll make some kind of pilsner next to be sure to get a hot break.
I vote for a tripel! That will get your hot break juice flowin.
BTW I cleared my box, (fun to say outloud- try it). The Hopscotch you had at Wade's, the IPA you had at my house was the 6# IPA, it is slightly varied, and I have been using the cleaner chico strain now, much more to character, and much drier and cleaner, I think much better. I'll post it up in the recipes, if you like the impy IPAs this one is HUGE!

heh heh...he said, uh, box!
Here is a pic of the cream ale that didn't have a hot break that I entered into The Sam Adams contest.
This one is a real easy drinker, I used white labs cream ale blend WLP80. Very crisp finish with the lager yeast in there, but it had a subtle fruity taste and a great nose because of the liberty.
I'm talking about this in past tense, as it is gone now and all that's left is the 4 bottles they require in case I win. Ha ha ha.
Made up a batch of egg drop soup today. I call it DIPA. When I saw the hot break, I figured I would comtribute to this thread. There were chunks the size of fish swimming in this one.
It got 18 oz of hops too, 129 IBU, !.086 OG, With 1.5# of melanoidan, it came out a nice ruby coppper, excited.
Look Thirsty, emasculating me on this is no way to make friends, ha ha.
