1 Lb Munton's Crystal 60 Lov
2oz Target Pellet
3oz Kent Goldings Leaf
1968 Wyeast London ESB Activator

Heat 3 gal H20 to 156F, steep milled crystal for 15min
Remove from heat add LME
Return to burner and heat to boil x 60min
Hop 1oz Target pellet @ first bubble 60min
         1oz Kent Golding @45min
         1oz Target pellet @ 30min
         1oz Kent Golding @ 15min
         1tsp Irish Moss    @ 15min
Rapidly cool to pitching add 1oz Kent Golding Leaf(pellet if you can't deal with the mess)
Pitch yeast Done! SG=1.054 FG= 1.010
