Partial Extract ESB Recipe?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had a good ESBitter recipe.  I'm still getting started with this whole thing, so I'm looking for a partial extract recipe, if possible.  I have a couple I've found elsewhere, but I thought it might behoove me to ask around here, since so many of you seem to know your stuff.
