Recipe for a light ale

Any suggestion for a very simple recipe for a light ale. I am just about ready to attempt an All Grain batch of beer for the first time. My keggle arrived yesterday and my cooler is at the post office to be picked up. If I can get some grains from my local store I'll attempt to brew an AG this weekend. . .Thanks

Thank You, I have just made an epa and also done a couple of the Northern Brewer kits with great pleasure. They have excellent recipes.

I think I was considering staying away from "pre-packaged" and purchasing the grain bill, hops and yeast (if I do not have it already) for the experience so to speak. This might not be realistic the first time out of the gate but I'd like to try it?

Thanks Again!
ryan

How about brewing one with only base malt and very light hops? If there's a problem with your AG procedure you'll know, and if there isn't you'll have a nice, light summer brew...
thanks
