Red Oak Amber recipe
Hey guys,
First post here. I am a NOOB, although i have successfully brewed 2 batches of a Mac and Jacks African Amber clone thanks to the thread i found here (had lots of help from a local brewer friend).
anyway, i grew up in NC and we have a fantastic brewery there known as Red Oak Brewery. Their signature beer is called Red Oak Amber.
Just wondering if anyone here has experienced that beer and perhaps has a clone recipe.
