Red Rye & IPA

Does anybody know the recipe, or at least the grain bill, for Founder's Red Rye? I'm curious how much rye it has, percentage wise, in the grist.

Denny, how does your rye-flavor compare to Founders? I have never brewed yours, and did not like the one or two other rye beers I have had, but had a Founder's Red Rye (it was recommended quite a while ago) and loved it. Just wondering if your rye IPA is at all comparable to the flavor of Founder's rye beer (well, either of them).

Thanks
Leonardo

My brother lives in Grand Rapids, where Founders is. Last time I visited we went to Founders tasting room. Fun place. I have also had Founders red from a bottle. My brother and I both agree that Denny's is better. Of course it is an IPA, not a red. Denny's is sharper, maybe more rye, but also the columbus hops in secondary really make it good.

I'm with you, MrFacto- I've had all the brews you listed, and not a clinker in the bunch. THEY are my new favorite brewery. Just this week, my brewing buddy brought me a few of the Centennial IPA of theirs and although I've had better, this one is pretty tasty. I love the Black Rye and Red's Rye!
Denny, I'm not sure how far west they are distributed, but get a hold of the reds rye and let us know what you think.
