Ruby Ale
Well I ended up using 3lbs of frozen raspberries added to a Belgian Whit extract kit. It has been on tap in my fridge for many months and still tastes terrible. It is overly sweet and slightly bitter and way too much raspberry flavor. I am finally dumping the keg this coming weekend. I am very sceptical about using too much fruit in making beer now. This should have at least been drinkable.
