Hi,

I am trying to make a recipe to make a good summer lager using malt extract and steeping grains. I wanted to use the bulk pale or light extract from my local hb store and the mexican lager yeast from white labs.

I am trying to come up with something similar to the Dos Equis in the green bottle (not the amber vienna style) or maybe a Pacifico. I am going to be serving it on tap.

thanks. I am trying to find a recipe I can use with ingredients from my LHBS though, sorry if I wasn't clear. I haven't even started drinking yet today! The recipe proposed by you must be good and you can keep me informed about the taste once you make. If good I will also try it myself.
