Spruce Harvest Time
It's that time of year in the Midwest.
If you are already a spruce beer brewer or curious, I am willing to share.
I will be harvesting enough for 4-5 brews for myself, and can pick some for you.
In my 5gal recipes I use 2 oz for 60 min, and 1 oz for 30min.
Generally use a Cascade or similar hop. American Brown's mostly.
So, I pack in 3oz baggies and freeze them, I used some from last year's batch 2 weeks ago.
I'll be using Priority Mail- small boxes, most I can fit is about 4 - 3oz baggies.
Postage is $5.20. I'd like to get that, & whatever else you think it might be worth to you.
Brewing supplies are good. Hop rhizomes are good.

I'll post some recipes if anyone wants to see them.
