Strong Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy Recipes
These are another constantly debated group of recipes. Especially concerning the use of peat smoked malt. If it is correct or not, we will have to continue to decide. I however love the slight smoked flavor that the peat smoked malt adds and my favorite recipe is below. Post yours as well.

Mash Schedule
153 degrees for 60 minutes
168 degrees for 10 minutes
