Tilburg's Dutch Brown Ale
Just wondering if anyone is a fan of this wonderful ale, and if anyone has deduced a way to add that wonderful soft "fruity" flavor to an ale. For some reason, the flavor reminds me of raisins; just a soft, semi-spicy fruit flavor.
It's quite tasty ![]()
I did some research on raisins, but could only come up with the Russian "Kvass", which is a very mildly-alcoholic "soft drink".
Would putting a bed of pulped raisins in the secondary yield a nice taste, do you think?
Curious to try anyways ![]()
Could you use Special B malt? for the rasin taste
