The Ultimate Home Brewers Recipe Book

I just bought my copy of the book and was wondering if anyone on here has any recipes to recommend from it?  Any recipe you've brewed and love?

 

I can sympathize... I just bought mine and the choices are staggering.  I don't know whether I want to try them based on name (some of the names just catch me, you know?) or because they sound interesting!

 

I am still waiting on my updated version w/ a table of contents.....................

So far so good. Had to substitute Muntons for Laaglander (Sigh) Smelled freaking phenomenal!!!  I am a little baffled about the SG though. Came out 1.070... I didnt think there was that much of a fermentable content in that batch!

Currently it's sitting in the closet at about 68 degrees and bubbling quietly to itself. :-)
