wanting to use up some left over stuff

I have some hops and some crystal malt left over from some other batches.  I want to use these to make a new batch, I figured I would just get some light DME and some yeast (depending on what style would be best for what I have) to finish off the recipe.  could you guys give me some info on what would be a good style/beer to make with what I have.  here is a list of the hops I have.

.5 oz. Amarillo 8.9% AA
.5 oz Styrian Goldings 3.5% AA
1 oz Saaz 3.4% AA
.5 oz Hallertau
1 oz Fuggle

I don't know the %AA on the hallertau or fuggle because they didn't come labled and I'd have to reweigh them to make sure but those should be the right amounts.  I also don't need to use all 3.5 oz of hops in the batch unless you guys think i'll need to.  Also I should add that I have .5 lbs of crushed crystal.  I don't know the lovibond or anything because all it says on the package is Muntons crushed crystal... 2-row barley malt.  anyone have any ideas?  like I said one I figure out what style I could accomplish best then I'll get my yeast to suit and help accent everything.   newbie brewer so all the help is appreciated.. thanks in advance.

I have always been a fan of the "kitchen sink brew," where you toss whatever you have into the brewpot, and logic be damned.  I have found it makes for some interesting flavors and takes a good deal of time for the flavors to meld.  If you going for a style you could probably pull together a mild or brown with the fuggles as flavor, and the styrian as an aroma additions, the amarillo as the bittering, and maybe some john bull, might not be hoppy but it would be tasty. And the with the Saaz, and Hallertau you could make anything german or a pils.

I wouldn't worry too much about style when in this situation.  I normally just think about something that would be nice to drink.  So assume that crystal is in the middle of the road at 40-60L.  And a half pound of it isn't going to ruin anything even if it is a dark crystal (120L).  So plan to steep the entire 0.5lb of it.

You don't really have enough hops to do two beers succefsully, so while they are fresh I would just use them all as a hodge podge of things.  Amirillo for most of the bittering with the Hallertau, goldings and saaz for flavor and fuggles for aroma.

I would think about the beer being some sort of pale ale to amber beer.  I'd go get a couple little more things and maybe try something like this:

Ingredients:
0.25 lbs Chocolate Malt
0.5 lbs 2-Row Caramel Malt 60L
1 lbs American Munich
5 lbs Dry Light Extract
0.5 oz Amarillo  - added during boil, boiled 60 min
0.5 oz Hallertau - added during boil, boiled 60 min
0.5 oz Styrian Goldings - added during boil, boiled 30 min
1 oz Czech Saaz - added during boil, boiled 20 min
1 oz Fuggle  - added during boil, boiled 2 min

That would make a beer like this:
Original Gravity: 1.052
Color: 16.9
Bitterness: 47.14

thanks for the help...  the main reason I was gonna try and find some style guidlines to follow was because i figured it help me know what to expect from this batch.  also i wasn't sure how well these hops would work together, I just didn't want one type to stand out and overpower everything.  Just as an idea when pluggin in some number i was thinking  of doing:

.5 crushed crystal
6lbs dry light extract
60 min amarillo
30 min saaz
10 min fuggles

according to the brew calculator i used i'd get a srm of 8* and an ibu of 24 (or close not looking at exact number at the moment)  and from what i've seen in my complete joy of home brewing book, i could make an ordinary bitter with this, it would be a little on the low side of the ibu scale and the high side of the abv. does this sound right/good to everyone else??

Sounds great.  Be inventive you won't know if it works till you try.
With the ingrdients you listed you'll easily make drinkable beer.

I am cleaning out the brew closet this weekend while doing two other planned brews. I was hoping to use up most of my leftover DME and some of the hops I have stashed away. Need some opinions on this recipe..... not looking for a certain style just something drinkable in the end.

I also have some Cluster and Willamette hops ( 1 oz each) and some Windsor ( Danstar) yeast as well.
Any suggestions? Seems to fit the Blonde Ale catagory somewhat. I have never used the Sterling, Cluster or Willamette so I am really experimenting here.

And also discovered some fruit extracts... blueberry, raspberry and cherry so this could get really interesting. Maybe a Blueberry Blonde?

Recipe looked like a nice easy drinker.
And the fruit thing might be an interesting twist.  Maybe a split batch of base and one with fruit for comparison.
