what is a full boil and/or partial boil
I'm new at this trying to figure out recipes, what is a full boil versus partial boil.
A full boil is when you boil the entire amount of wort and a partial boil is when you only boil a portion and top off your fermenter with water to reach the necessary volume.

+1 to BBB. the topping off can be part of your cooling process too. just put the 3 gallons of water in your fridge the day before.
