Could I call it Port Wine?
Hi All!
I have read in magazine how port wine is made and how high proof brandy is used to fortify it.
My question is if I took two bottles of Elderberry wine with abv12% put them in the freezer until they were 50% frozen then poured off the unfrozen wine I should end up with one bottle at abv24%.
Could this be called a port wine.
