flavouring wine from grapejuice
Living in kuwait, real booze is hard to get, so we tend to make a lot of our own wine. basic recipe is 24 litres grapejuice, 2 kilos sugar (to taste) and couple of spoons of yeast (usually bread yeast as that is all we can get).
Produces a passable but not great wine. does anyone have any tried and tested ideas for flavouring this kind of concoction?
Thanks!
You can't order some dried wine or champagne yeast to make this happen?
Or order it from a relative to ship to you?
I think the yeast quality is what your biggest problem is.
