Hi,

I would like to read a good book on winemaking. I do not think that I would try it but would love to learn about it. Does anyone know of a good basic book on winemaking? I would appreciate any information.

A few years back I read a book called "The Winemakers Manual" I don't remember who wrote it, but it explained the process in simple and easy to understand terms. I think you would enjoy it.

Just started reading a book called " The Joy of Home Winemaking" by Terry Garey. So far it is a great read. I am now reading the first chapter which is Winemaking History. It is a very good resource for anyone interested in knowing more about wine.
