How to get my Wine sweeter ?

I have been making wine for about a year now .. many kinds .. But my wine is always dri and very high in alcohol .. and maybe tastes a little yeasty .. How do you get it sweeter ? The yeast uses all the sugar's .. I have 5 gallons of a apple spice wine that is 4 months old .. Its good but dri ... could I mix a little apple juice with it and then bottle for the last time ..I would like to give it away for X-mas  ..
Thanks
alejandro

To impart a sweeter taste to your wine, add wine conditioner. You can buy it from NB. When I am about ready to bottle my wine, I pour some of the wine conditioner into the wine, stir it and let it sit for 3 or 4 days and then taste it. If it isn't sweet enough add some more.

I am just getting ready to bottle my apple wine and I let my wife sample it to see if the sweetness is to her liking.
thanks
jason
