odors
this is kind of random. but i live above a fabric shop in a loft apartment, sort of connected and they require that we don't use any scented candles or smoke due to the odors in the fabric. will wine brewing cause any odors that could possibly stench the apartment?

I've never done wine before, but my in-laws do and there house doesn't have an odor. I imagine during the process there might be so do it after business hours ![]()
I don't think that you would get an odor that is enough for them to notice. It might be noticable in your apartment, in particular in the room in which you are fermenting the wine, but it won't cause a problem anywhere else. I say go for it.
