Wine air saturation
I just wondered if you saturate wine with oxygen before you pitch your yeast. I make beer and this is what i do with my wort. I have a 2 micron stainless steel air stone that i let rest in the wort for 5 min before i pitch my yeast and i was wondering if wine would benifit from this same process. Thanks for the feed back on this. Because i have heard that air is taboo for wine so im not going to do it until i find out for sure from some people that actually make wine.
